Household Briefing is no longer a dashboard builder. It is a fixed interpretation layer over the Labs and Records: five household questions, answered consistently, with every figure traceable to the module that owns it.

Prototype values intentionally render as “—”. This follows the recovered React prototype: the visual system may describe a metric and its source, but it must not fabricate household facts. V1 remains preserved separately as the earlier carry-forward dashboard baseline.
