Practices

A library of personal experiences you create and return to. A Practice can ask you to write, reflect, read, review, check in, or move through several other Practices in sequence.
Practices are objects, not prescribed habits. No streaks. No rewards. No predetermined routine. Create what is useful, pause what is not, and let each Practice define its own interaction.
