Design System — the Registry V2 theme

The exact tokens and components behind registry-v2, in one reference — warm paper, ledger green, a gold spark. This is the app design going forward: top wrapping tabs (no slide bar), plain-language recipe capture, confidence-by-dimension, auto-suggested systems, and a command-center overview. Every page uses these same classes.

Color

Warm off-white paper, a warm near-black ink, one ledger-green accent, a gold spark, and a cool blue for cross-links. Semantic good / warn / bad. These are the CSS variables the whole app binds to.

Buttons

Quiet default, green primary, gold for money actions, red text danger. Small & big sizes.

Top tabs (the nav)

The one navigation pattern: a wrapping top tab bar — never a horizontal slide bar. Active tab is green-underlined; counts ride as pills. Sub-navigation inside a page uses the same tab look.

Cards

Summary metric cards (the header row on every page) and left-accent record cards with a maturity/confidence tag and a next-action line.

Tags & account chips

Compact uppercase status/classification carriers, plus the account chip used on the Money overview.

Recipe capture

The signature interaction: you never choose a database class. You pick a plain-language recipe, answer a few optional questions (only a name is required — never blocked), and the Registry files the identity, relationships, obligation & connections. Then a "Filed ✓" summary shows what it created.

Forms & modals

Paper-inset inputs that turn white with a green ring on focus; tiny uppercase labels; a two-up grid for compact modals; optional fields flagged inline.

Confidence & guided completion

Records aren't "complete/incomplete" — they carry a confidence % broken into dimensions (Identity · Financial · Documents · Emergency · Access · Successor), a maturity state, and a guided completion list of the type's remaining fields — one tap each.

Callouts, systems & meters

Callouts explain; systems are auto-suggested from the relationship graph; meters show funding & readiness.

Accent — the calm explanatory note at the top of a view.
Gold — a reserve / funding / "managed through Apple" note.
🔒 Blue — a cross-system / security note.
🔴 Bad — money past due or a hard alert.

Systems — buttons + auto-suggestion

💡 Suggested: Apple-billed subscriptions — 2 subscriptions managed through Apple

How to use this. Bind the live app's CSS variables to the tokens at the top (same names as registry-v2), apply these component classes, and adopt the shape shown: top wrapping tabs, recipe capture (never-block), confidence-by-dimension with guided completion, auto-suggested systems, and the command-center overview. One design, every page — taken straight from registry-v2.
